This centrally located apartment is a great value for money, with a surprisingly spacious layout that can comfortably accommodate a family of four. the host, Momo, is highly helpful and provides reliable recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. the apartment is well-equipped, including a washing machine and a balcony with a beautiful view of the Teatro Massimo. the small elevator directly to the front door is a convenient feature.
Some minor issues were reported, such as the lack of an iron and ironing board, which is unusual for a well-equipped studio. the mattress in the apartment could use replacing as it had a bit of a slump in the middle.

I absolutely adored the charming decoration throughout the hotel, from the beautiful artwork to the elegant furniture. It made me feel like I was staying in a palazzo straight out of a movie. The general areas, such as the terrace, were so inviting and provided the perfect spot for me to relax with a book and enjoy a glass of Sicilian red. As a senior woman, I also appreciated the hotel's accessibility. The staff was always helpful, and there was even a lift to take me up to my room on the 5th floor, so I didn't have to worry about climbing stairs.
If there's one thing I would ask for to make the vacation even better for senior people, it would be for the children working there to provide more comfortable seating options throughout the hotel. While the decoration was stunning, I found that there was often only one comfortable chair available, and it was missing cushions.

Amazing elevator right to the front door. The manager, Raslan, was incredibly helpful and even picked us up from the bus station.

Great location with two balconies offering a nice view of the city and the opera house. the flat is well-equipped with a gas stove and utensils for cooking. the host, Marco, was very helpful and responsive.
The bathroom is small, especially the shower cabin which may be inconvenient for tall people. It was a bit difficult to find the property initially.

the location was perfect, right next to Teatro Massimo and within walking distance of all the major sites. the villa itself was spacious and well-equipped, with a welcome basket provided by Marco upon arrival. Although we didn't meet Marco in person, he was constantly in touch via WhatsApp and was always quick to respond to any queries. He even arranged a taxi transfer for us, and the driver, Nando, was friendly and gave us useful information about Palermo. it was a great place to stay for our group of six. Cons: Nothing 👍.

The hotel's decor was absolutely delightful, with a touch of elegance and sophistication that made me feel right at home. The common areas were tastefully designed, offering a cozy and comfortable atmosphere for senior guests like myself. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility was top-notch, with easy navigation throughout the premises and facilities that catered to the needs of older individuals.
It would have been even better if there had been more assistance available for senior guests. Perhaps having staff members who specialize in assisting older travelers could enhance the vacation experience for us.
